According the Mr. GroundHog, we’ll be seeing a few more weeks of wintery weather in these North Georgia hills, but Cagle’s Dairy is already planning for the Spring garden.
As always, we’ll have ‘maters and taters’, but this year, we’ll be adding some new vegetables to our rows. There will be garden tours during Spring and Summer months, and there’s lots to learn about a walk through our rows of vegetables!
Remember that the Cherokee Fresh Market is open on Saturdays during the harvest season. Farmers will be bringing produce, as well as artisan breads, cheeses and crafts. It’s a nice country drive out to the farm — and worth it to choose from fresh, delicious produce.
